When placing your order, all of the available delivery options will be displayed in the basket. When your order is on its way, you will receive a despatch notification.

Returns
We understand that sometimes you might not be completely happy with your order. If this is the case, you are able to return your order at your own cost.
Upon receipt of your order, where applicable, we will issue a full refund for your items and shipping.
We cannot provide a refund or exchange for perishable goods, this includes chocolate and personalised items unless they are faulty or damaged.
If you have received a faulty item, please Contact Us directly with an image and our Customer Service Team will look into this further.
